Through the Desert and on the way home

With Utah, Arizona and Nevada to go through, we are not far from home now.

Even though it is mostly desert, it can be beautiful. It was very hot, but we had short

days and lots of time to relax. We have had a great trip. By the time I get home, I will have

gone over 6,000 miles on my Harley. Up through the Pacific northwest to the upper Midwest to the great lakes region, back to the Midwest to the desert to home. It is trips like these that make you really appreciate America and all the beauty she has to offer. It is the cast of characters you run into. The people you meet. The experiences you have. This was more than just a cross country Harley adventure, it was a learning experience about this country, it's people and myself. Bikers are a great group of people. You can run into a group you do not even know and they will treat you like family. It is just the way it is. I look forward to my next road trip. For now, I am happy to be home until the road calls once again. I would like to thank all the people, friends and participants who made this blog possible. Until next time, see you on the road.
ps.
stay tuned for the final Beaver Report!, coming soon.................I know you all can not wait!
