Grand Coulee Dam

We road into Washington State today and all I can say is Wow! It was so awesome. We are traveling on mostly 2 lane highway, staying away from interstates as much as possible. We road along the Columbia River up to the Grand Coulee Dam. It was like riding through a live postcard. Lake Roosevelt that was formed by the creation of the dam is absolutely massive. It went on for miles. I feel so lucky to have the opportunity to see this country from the seat of my bike. It is like nothing else.
